TERMS AND CONDITIONS

USING THE APARMENT

1. The apartment is rented in daily intervals.

2. The daily interval is counted from 15:00 (3:00 PM) to 10:00 (AM).

3. Guests should specify the length of their stay, identify themselves with a photo ID and pay in advance for the entirety of their stay.

4. The Owner does not allow pets in the apartment.

5. Quiet hours in the apartment are set between 22:00 and 07:00 (AM).

6. Guests using the apartment should not disturb other Guests stay with their behavior, noise etc.

7. The owner may refuse to continue providing services (use of the apartment) to guests who violate the above rules and is not obliged to return the money for the remaining period of stay.

RESPONSOBILITES OF THE OWNER

1. The owner undertakes ensuring comfortable conditions for the Guest.

2. The owner is responsible for changing bedlinens and towels before the Guest arrives.

3. The owner is obliged to immediately respond to any issues and reservations regarding the services and function of the equipment in the apartment.

4. The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left in the apartment.

 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUEST

1. Each time leaving the apartment, the Guest should ensure the door is locked.

2. The guest bears material responsibility for damage and destruction of any apartment equipment.

3. During the handover of the apartment the Guest is obliged to pay a refundable deposit for any possible damages in the amount of 500 PLN. The deposit will be fully refunded provided that during the stay no damage has been caused to the property.

4. Smoking in the apartment is completely forbidden. Guests who don’t follow this rule are obliged to pay a fee of 250 PLN.

5. Organizing social events in the apartment is prohibited. For organizing a social event disturbing for other guests, the owner may charge a fee of 500 PLN.

6. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number of people reported in the booking process.

7. Garbage and other waste should be stored in the container located outside.

8. In case of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 400 PLN.

9. In case of losing the remote control for the entrance gate, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 200.

KEYS AND REMOTES FOR THE ENTRANCE GATES

1. The keys to the apartment are given directly by the owner or an employee on the property of Amare Apartments at an agreed time.

2. The guest is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing over the keys and the remote control to the entrance gate at least 2 hours before arriving at the apartment.

3. During the handover of the apartment, the owner gives 1 set of keys and a remote control to the entrance gate.

4. On the last day of the Guests stay, keys and remote control for the entrance gate are to be handed back in a manner agreed to with the owner.
